The Role

Pixability is seeking a qualified Sales Director or Programmatic Senior Seller, reporting to the SVP of Partnerships. This role will have primary accountability for the company’s self-service GenAI Contextual Segments product for YouTube. You will be responsible for developing partnerships at major Holding Companies and other third-party programmatic vendors that offer YouTube solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert for our self-service GenAI Contextual Segments product offering.
  • Develop revenue-generating partnerships across Publicis, Dentsu, OMG, IPG, GroupM, Stagwell, and Horizon.
  • Support Sales when they identify GCS opportunities within their target agencies.
  • Work closely with Product to ensure our solutions evolve to retain market leadership.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to streamline onboarding and support, ensuring a customer-centric, efficient, and scalable process.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure sales tools and materials are effective, simple, and clear.

Key Attributes:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience at an AdTech company, preferably selling solutions to programmatic teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling data solutions to programmatic teams at Holding Company Agencies.
  • Video sales experience (YouTube or Connected TV) with understanding of paid social ecosystems and experience selling managed and licensed services.
  • Strong personal network with key agency programmatic contacts across video, search, social, and investment teams at both hold co and independent agencies.
  • Proven solution selling/customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and focus on key objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an affinity for data and analytics to support clients.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000 USD. This role is eligible for commission and equity. Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and education. If your expectations differ, a conversation may still be worthwhile.

This may vary in other locations due to cost of labor differences.
