Job description

Anoki AI, a pioneer in AI solutions for connected TV (CTV), is seeking a talented salesperson at the Director level to drive new business revenue and generate awareness for our advertising solutions. This is a prime opportunity to join a key innovator in the CTV space early on and to build from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, with a demonstrated track record of hunting and capturing new business. They are passionate about delivering results for their customers and work well with cross-functional team members to drive adoption of Anoki AI’s advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Own a defined territory of agencies and advertisers in your region, identifying new business opportunities and sourcing RFPs
  • Evangelize Anoki’s capability set and consult with prospective customers to formulate solutions to their marketing needs
  • Generate a high volume of sales-related activities, including outreach, cold calls, meetings, proposals, and more to capture new business and scale existing business
  • Cultivate productive relationships with customers to expand Anoki’s usage across your territory
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant CTV, programmatic, and/or ad tech sales experience
  • Relationships across advertisers and agencies in their territory
  • Passion for contextual advertising, ad tech, digital media, and AI
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, primarily remote environment and a desire to build from the ground up
  • Adaptability & resilience, with the ability to pivot quickly and persevere through challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, knowledge of the digital media landscape, inherent motivation to succeed, and persistence
  • A team player who can thrive in a start-up environment
  • A strategic thinker with energy and enthusiasm for sales success
  • Ideally, proficiency in Gemini, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, with experience in crafting custom proposals and managing deals that drive renewal and increased revenue
