We’re expanding our small sales team in the NYC area and are seeking a hunter-mindset Sales Director to grow net new business. You will be responsible for bringing on new agency and brand partners by selling managed services, programmatic deals, creative services, and programmatic curation.
You’ll play a pivotal role in our growth during our third year operating in the USA. You’ll help us refine our messaging, materials, and packaging to meet client needs within the Connected TV (CTV) space. You’ll maximize revenue opportunities from prospective buyers and ensure that those partners receive mutually beneficial value and service from our team.
This role will evolve with the world of programmatic advertising. You’ll attend local and national events and conferences to stay updated on trends. You’ll seek new ways to serve our brand and agency partners, bringing your personal style to relationship-building.
The annual base salary ranges from $100,000 to $230,000, reflecting experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Total compensation includes bonuses and performance incentives.
