Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of CTO FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the Central Technology Organization.

You will partner with CTO and engineering leadership to manage Opex and Capital expenditures, ensuring disciplined budgeting and strategic investment decisions. The role requires deep financial governance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex tech initiatives into actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related finance experience, ideally including digital media industry experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• Proven FP&A/Financial Operations experience focused on technology and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and executive presentations for CTO FP&A.
• Advise CTO and engineering leaders on financial guidance, including resource allocation and cost efficiencies.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual CTO P&L reviews and budgets across the Central Technology Office.
• Assess ROI and TCO for technology initiatives including AI infra, cloud, and compute investments.
• Develop and maintain detailed short- and long-term financial projections using operational data and market trends.
