Job summary

Brex in San Francisco is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CTO, driving engineering initiatives and operational rigor across the organization.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving. The role emphasizes using AI tools to scale impact and requires discretion and strong business judgment. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CTO’s calendar across time zones, including internal/external meetings and travel.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-ups for meetings.
• Support key programs and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen alignment.
• Coordinate team and All Hands meetings, capture notes, track actions, and drive accountability.
• Plan events and large‑scale programs, including company-wide initiatives such as Brex's hackathon.
