AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead Enterprise Technology & AI, software engineering, infrastructure, and security for our proprietary platform and end-to-end loan origination systems.

You will shape engineering standards, cloud strategy, security posture, AI initiatives, and executive communication, partnering with the CEO and board while balancing innovation with reliability and cost.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years at executive level.
• Experience leading proprietary platforms, not vendor/SaaS.
• Deep Azure cloud and SQL Server production experience.
• Strong security, regulatory, and audit familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering org and set standards across teams.
• Own Azure infra, databases, and long-term platform strategy.
• Ensure 99.99% uptime with incident response.
• Define AI strategy and oversee in-house AI initiatives.
• Partner with CEO and board on tech roadmap.
• Manage budget, headcount, and vendor relations.
