Qualifications

• Two years of professional, exempt-level job experience in higher education.
• Experience with Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide success coaching to students for retention and completion.
• Connect students to resources and monitor follow-through.
• Conduct workshops on success topics like study skills and financial literacy.
