Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) seeks a part-time Success Coach to guide prospective and FTIC students through enrollment, educational planning, and career pathways at the Southeast Campus. This role supports advising, counseling services, and campus resources to promote student success.

The position is not remote, requires flexibility including evenings/weekends, and has a maximum of 19.5 hours per week with a starting pay of $22.07 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Familiarity with student success, enrollment, retention, and educational support practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-enrollment workshops.
• Educates students on steps to complete enrollment.
• Works with Registrar and Financial Aid to assist entering students.
• Assists in career planning using career exploration tools.
• Guides students in career pathway selection and required program steps.
• Provides information on campus resources and student life opportunities.
• Supports retention activities and campus events.
• Presents workshops on financial literacy, study skills, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year related experience
