Job summary

Lehigh Carbon Community College is seeking a Career and Technical Education Pathways Coach to support CTE students in persisting, engaging, and completing their programs. The coach serves as a main contact, coordinating with Academic Advisors, Career Development, and other services to help students map goals and progress.

This exempt, full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree, several years of student services or teaching experience, and ability to coordinate with faculty and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Career or Technical area or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Foster persistence and completion among CTE students with a caseload.
• Conduct student intake meetings to assess goals and needs.
• Coordinate referrals to college resources and services.
• Develop individualized success plans to support retention and outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and staff to support student success.
• Prepare reports for grant funders and college leadership.
