Job summary

Lexington County School District One seeks a Career and Technical Education Recruitment & Student Success Coach to coordinate instruction around state standards for CTE teachers and promote CTE program participation across the district. The role reports to the Director of Technology Center and supports student success through instructional leadership and collaboration with school-based staff.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Education or related field with at least three years of teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related area.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience.
• Valid SC Teaching License (any applicable area)
• Must have current government issued identification

Responsibilities

• Supports district mission and goals to improve student outcomes in CTE programs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to coordinate CTE teacher support and instructional delivery.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and student information.
• Assists in organizing materials and resources for daily CTE operations.
• Participates in professional meetings and training sessions as required.
• Supports CTE recruitment, marketing, and program communications district-wide.
