Job summary

Lexington County School District One's Lexington Technology Center in Lexington, SC, is seeking a Career and Technical Education Recruitment & Student Success Coach. The position reports to the Director of Career and Technical Education and supports instructional services.

The coach will coordinate instruction around state standards, assist CTE teachers, recruit students into pathways, promote CTE to families and community partners, and focus on student success across district programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with a minimum of three years teaching experience.
• Current SC Teaching License (any applicable area).
• Experience in CTE and student supports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver CTE instruction aligned to state standards.
• Recruit students to CTE pathways and promote program awareness.
• Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and partners to support student success.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle program communications.

Skills
