Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a CTE program area or related field is required.
• Current license in CTE program area, or a Master's in Counseling for Career Counseling paths.
• One year of industry-related work experience within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the school liaison to Mayor's Youth Employment Program (MYEP).
• Collaborate with CTE teachers to identify internships, field trips, and job shadows.
• Build high quality industry partnerships embedded in classrooms.
• Coordinate work readiness training and professional development for CTE teachers.
• Develop CCP opportunities and promote articulated credit to pathway students.
• Provide informational sessions for parents regarding CCP.
• Collaborate with counselors on pathways and opportunities for completers.
• Assist CTSO Advisors with recruitment and promotion.
