Job summary

Nash County Public Schools seeks a CTE Curriculum and Instructional Management Coordinator to lead instructional improvement across CTE programs and provide coaching to teachers. You will advance curriculum alignment with standards, assessments, and credentialing, driving student success district‑wide.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and appropriate CTE licensure, with strong collaboration and data‑driven decision making essential to district

Qualifications

• Five (5) years within the past eight (8) years of related work experience.
• NCDPI CIMC Induction Program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree and credentials as listed: current CTE teaching license or CTE leadership licensure or Instructional Technology or School Administrator license.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and coaching to strengthen teacher effectiveness.
• Support teachers in planning and delivering standards-aligned, engaging CTE instruction.
• Analyze instructional needs and develop resources and supports to address gaps.
• Collaborate with administrators to identify priorities and provide appropriate supports.
• Promote high-quality professional learning and follow-up coaching for CTE staff.
• Monitor curriculum implementation across schools for consistency and rigor.
• Lead professional development aligned with district and statewide CTE priorities.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and local CTE requirements and assessments.
