Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer/CTC IPTL for the M2C2 program on the Aurora, Colorado campus. The role leads planning, development, integration and test of the CTC component, while managing cost, schedule and technical performance with a multi-million-dollar subcontract. The position is onsite in Aurora, CO, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship. You will collaborate with program leadership, systems and software teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience in engineering leadership.
Experience leading engineering teams on Defense/Intelligence programs.
Experience driving cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Experience providing Systems Engineering plans and ensuring consistency across an IPT.
Experience with Agile and DevOps Development.
Experience presenting executive level briefings and communications.
Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the CTC Integrated Product Team across planning, development, integration and test.
Ensure cost, schedule and technical performance baselines are met.
Develop and hire staff to scale the CTC component.
Provide strategic leadership on modernizing the CTC software baseline.
Coordinate with Program leadership, Systems and Software teams and external IPTLs.
Prepare and present technical briefs to stakeholders.
Work in an Agile program environment.
