Job summary

Raytheon in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our calibration team. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and help deliver mission-critical system hardware and software with senior engineers’ guidance.

The role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a STEM degree with 5+ years of engineering experience; you will work onsite supporting cross-team objectives and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years engineering experience.
• Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support technical working groups with analysis and inputs for issue resolution.
• Deliver clear technical briefings to stakeholders with data-informed updates.
• Coordinate cross-team activities and align priorities.
• Develop and maintain software tools for data extraction, analysis and interpretation.
• Perform routine trending and performance analysis of system hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and escalate to senior engineers.
• Collaborate with multiple program teams to support objectives.
• Monitor system status and support command & control activities.
