Baptist Health Lexington Surgical Services is seeking an OR Service Coordinator (CT/Vascular) for full-time, first shift in Lexington, KY. The role oversees the CT/Vascular service line, supervises workflow and staff, ensures patient care standards, and acts as a clinical mentor to team members.

You will coordinate equipment, coordinate with operations, update preference cards, and ensure room turnover and daily staffing needs are met, while supporting department budgets and accreditation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5 years of experience.
• RN or Certified Surgical Technician (If not CST certified must obtain within 2 years from hire date) or 15 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.

Responsabilités

• Supervise workflow and staff for service lines within Surgical Services.
• Address performance, patient, family, and physician concerns; ensure accreditation compliance.
• Share knowledge and educate staff; design materials and programs; mentor team.
