Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and maintain ALARA dose.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare rooms, disinfect equipment, and report issues promptly.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers before exams.
• Explain procedures using AIDET and ease patient anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout visits.
• Document and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition and assist emergencies.
• Keep daily workflows organized and support department flow.
• Assist with transport, charging, and regulatory compliance.
