Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a CT Technologist for Cobb Hospital in Georgia. The role focuses on high-quality imaging, patient-centered care, and collaboration within the radiology team.

The candidate will perform CT procedures, manage patient flow, and ensure safety and comfort throughout exams. This position requires a Radiologic Technology program completion, ARRT certification (CT and Radiography), and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Prepare and assist patients; explain procedures and address questions.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, infection control, and patient safety.
