Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality CT imaging and exceptional patient care within a collaborative radiology team.

The role requires completing an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, and BLS. You will perform CT exams, ensure safety, and support workflow efficiency in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines, ensuring diagnostic quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA dose levels.
• Prepare and disinfect rooms/equipment per infection control schedules; report equipment issues.
• Obtain patient history, verify orders, and identify patients prior to exams.
• Explain procedures and post-care to reduce anxiety and ensure patient comfort.
• Position patients, apply markers and shielding as indicated, and monitor safety.
