Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our night shift team in the Northeast Ohio area. The role involves performing CT imaging, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

A strong emphasis on patient education and safety is required. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT CT credential within 1 year, and an Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Radiology Technician credential.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and produce diagnostic images.
• Assist with CT guided procedures (biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations).
• Coordinate patient flow for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to reduce anxiety.
