Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Northeast Ohio seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the night shift. The role includes producing CT images, assisting with guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule inpatients and outpatients for imaging.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work with CT team under supervision and independently as needed.
