Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team in Ohio. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-CT certified (or obtaining within one year), holds an Ohio Radiographer License, and demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work under stress on a busy CT unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) and BLS certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding and comfort.
