Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the CT team. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT guided procedures, and educate patients while coordinating inpatient and outpatient scheduling.

The role requires ARRT CT credential, Ohio licensure, and BLS certification. The position features night shifts (5x12s biweekly), call responsibilities, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Function under stress and with minimal supervision; work with CT team.
