Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the night shift team. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient flow for inpatients and outpatients. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and quality imaging within a busy trauma-centered hospital.

Requirements include ARRT credentials, Ohio Radiographer License, BLS, and CT experience. A biweekly 60-hour schedule with 5x12 shifts, nights, and every-other Sunday influences work-life balance,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work independently and as part of the CT Team; adapt to on-call needs.
