Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging for a variety of patient types within a Level One Trauma Center. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, coordinate scheduling, and educate patients about procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

Qualifications include a degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, CT credential or within one year, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain clear communication with nurses, physicians and radiology staff.
