Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to perform imaging studies, mentor staff, and ensure safety standards. The role requires ARRT CT certification and a valid radiologic technology license, with flexibility for varied shifts and travel between facilities.

You will operate imaging equipment, verify orders, and review images for quality while supporting departmental operations and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders and procedures for accuracy.
• Operate imaging equipment to complete procedures per protocol.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure understanding.
• Review images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Support departmental operations (inventory, staff schedules, equipment maintenance).
