Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a positive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, operate imaging equipment, and collaborate with the radiology team to maintain ALARA standards and accurate RIS/PACS documentation.

The role requires ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, BLS and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Join a full-time daytime schedule with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, plus PTO

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• ARRT-CT certification.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA dosing.
• Explain procedures using AIDET; address patient questions and anxiety.
• Maintain infection control, clean and restock rooms/equipment.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with technologists to support department workflow.
