Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and an excellent patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, maintain diagnostic quality with ALARA, and document accurately in RIS/PACS while upholding infection control standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic quality with ALARA principles.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and adjust techniques as needed.
• Prepare and integrate patient history, explain procedures using AIDET, and alleviate anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the visit.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and manage equipment within infection control protocols.
• Assist with contrast administration per protocol and venipuncture when applicable.
• Collaborate with the care team to support department flow and respond to emergencies.
