Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Colorado fluoroscopy certification preferred.
• 1–2 years CT experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Current ARRT CT registration (for Level II).
• Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to ensure quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within department timelines without compromising patient care.
• Educate patients and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated with CT advances through continuing education.
• Instruct students and junior radiology staff.
