Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist (Level II) to join our imaging team in Lafayette, CO. The role requires ARRT CT registration, BLS, state licensure, and 3+ years of CT experience in a hospital setting.

You will operate CT equipment, verify patient information, and maintain radiation safety while delivering high-quality imaging. The position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire, Required.
• Certified Computed Tomography Technologist ARRT (R)(CT), Preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) within 60 days, Required.
• Licensure in state of practice as applicable, Upon Hire, Required.
• IV Competency within 90 Days, Required.
• For Colorado, Fluoroscopy certification, Preferred.
• 1-2 years Work Experience CT Experience in a hospital setting, Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions of the job.
• Understand and operate CT equipment and related information systems to ensure quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review and evaluate images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, ensuring all structures are captured.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within stated time limitations per department expectations without compromising patient care or exam quality.
• Provide patient education, ensure patient comfort, and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate pertinent information to other providers.
• Stay updated with CT technology through continuing education and development.
• Assist and instruct students and other radiology staff in protocols and positioning.
