ARRT CT cert, BLS within 60 days, and licensure are required or preferred as noted. The position is 36 hours weekly with three 12-hour shifts; compensation ranges from $39.16 to $60.42 hourly, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification upon hire preferred or required as stated.
• BLS certification within 60 days is required.
• Colorado state licensure or applicable licensure upon hire.
• 1-2 years CT experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Level II technologist requires 3+ years CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and anatomical coverage.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain safety.
• Complete studies within department time expectations without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and inform other providers after procedures.
• Stay updated on CT technology and participate in continuing education.
