Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to ensure quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and prepare the patient for the exam.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review and evaluate images for quality and anatomical coverage.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within time expectations without compromising patient care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated with CT advances via continuing education.
• Instruct students and other radiology staff in protocols and equipment
