Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist at Davie Medical Center in North Carolina. Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or NMTCB program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and ARRT CT within one year of hire is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders on each patient and ensure proper identification.
• Refer and confirm orders with Radiologist before exams.
• Prepare patients with explanations of procedures and obtain medical history.
• _administer IV contrast according to protocols._
• Perform CT scans and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and document contrast administration.
