Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a CT Technologist I at Davie Medical Center to operate CT scanners and support radiology procedures. The role requires ARRT in Radiology or NMCTB, CT registry within one year, and BLS certification, with 12-hour alternating shifts and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or NM Tech program.
• ARRT Radiology or NM/ NMTCB CT registries within one year.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Exams and verifies orders with Radiologist before performing exam.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and explain procedures.
• Review patient EMR for history and pertinent data; document requisitions.
• Assists Radiologist/PA during CT procedures and invasive steps as needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety; manage contrast administration and documentation.
• Rotates shifts including call, holidays, and weekends; follow attendance policies.
