Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a CT Radiology Technologist for Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform CT scans, verify orders with radiologists, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

ARRT CT and BLS are required, with NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine as a plus; eligibility for sign-on bonus applies. Hours are weekdays with a 3x12s schedule, 8:30am–9:00pm, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development appropriate to patient population served.
• Competency in radiologic procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests, verify orders, and consult radiologist on discrepancies.
• Identify patients, explain procedures, and prepare for CT exams.
• Perform CT scanning with appropriate radiologic technique and safety procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control; ensure safety for staff and patients.
