Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team in the greater Cleveland area. You will perform CT scans, assist with CT-guided procedures, and ensure patient comfort from scheduling to post-procedure care.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT credentials and an Ohio radiographer license, with BLS certification. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work 4x10-hour shifts with day/evening coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist and CT credential (or within 1 year).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) and BLS certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate inpatients and outpatients for CT exams.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and what to expect.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and communicate effectively under stress.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
