Job summary

MetroHealth’s Radiology Department is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging for trauma, stroke, cancer, and other patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle IV starts, ensure patient safety, and communicate procedures clearly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential required within one year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and perform CT procedures (neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic, and cardiac imaging).
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule patients for inpatients and outpatients; educate patients about procedures and equipment.
• Cross-train within Radiology; collaborate with Nurses, Physicians, and Therapists.
