Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (CT) in Wisconsin to perform diagnostic CT procedures and ensure accurate imaging with proper safety standards.

Credentialed radiologic technologists with ARRT CT and RT registrations are preferred; BLS certification within 6 months is required. Training is available for motivated candidates, with a 7 on/7 off schedule and a weekly shift pattern described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety.
• Proficiency in IV and venipuncture as required by facility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic procedures.
• Position patients and adjust scanning factors to obtain high-quality images.
• Administer contrast media under Radiologist direction and assist in scanning techniques.
• Post-process images and label studies accurately.
• Maintain records and document billing codes for procedures.
• Identify equipment issues and participate in QA tests.
• Perform patient handling tasks with safe lifting protocols.
• Provide care appropriate to age-specific patient needs.
