Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate CT equipment under the direction of a radiologist and to perform CT studies following established protocols. The role emphasizes patient safety through radiation protection and accurate image archiving.

Minimum 1 year of clinical diagnostic radiology experience preferred; ARRT RT (R) credential and Wisconsin Radiographer license required, with CT certification due within 18 months of hire. Sign-on bonus up to $10k is offered.

Qualifications

• Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• 1-2 years of college coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.
• ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment under the direction of a radiologist.
• Perform CT studies according to guidelines, prescribed protocols and radiation protection measures.
• Review images and archive with associated patient data.
• Interact with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients and visitors.
