Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures including general diagnostic and fluoroscopic.
• Explain procedures, obtain clinical history and address patient questions.
• Position patients, select exposure factors and ensure radiation safety.
• Identify patients, label images and verify orders for exam accuracy.
• Assist and consult with Radiologists; document billing codes.
• Enter patient data into RIS and maintain records; handle equipment.
• Lift and move patients as needed and adhere to age-specific care policies.
