Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required or preferred
• BLS within 60 days of hire
• State licensure upon hire
• Minimum 3 years CT technologist experience for Level II
• Fluoroscopy certification preferred for Colorado roles

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions
• Operate CT equipment and related information systems to produce quality images
• Verify patient identity and prepare for exams
• Perform CT exams per department protocol
• Review images for quality and accuracy
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines
• Complete studies within department timelines without compromising care
• Provide patient education and address concerns
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with providers
• Stay updated with CT technology and participate in training
• Instruct students and junior technologists on protocols and positioning
