Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado is seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging team on a 36-hour week (three 12-hour shifts). You will perform exams, ensure patient safety, verify orders, and maintain high image quality.

Level II candidates need 3+ years CT experience, ARRT CT, BLS, state licensure, and IV competency; fluoroscopy cert is preferred. We offer a generous benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required or upon hire, ARRT CT preferred.
• BLS certification required within 60 days.
• State licensure required upon hire.
• IV competency required within 90 days.
• Colorado fluoroscopy certification preferred for this Colorado role.
• Facility-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Understand and operate CT equipment to produce quality images.
• Verify patient identification and prepare patient for exam.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within time limits without compromising care or quality.
• Educate patients and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Keep abreast of CT advancements through continuing education.
