Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a CT Technologist for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, state licensure, IV competency, and 3+ years in CT in a hospital setting.

You will operate CT equipment, verify patient data, and ensure safety and quality in imaging. The position is 36 hours weekly (three 12-hour shifts), with a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days required.
• State licensure as applicable at hire.
• IV competency within 90 days required.
• Colorado Fluoroscopy preferred for this role.
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in all clinical/technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Verify patient identity and prepare for exam.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within department time expectations without compromising care.
• Educate patients, ensure comfort, and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated with advancements in CT technology and participate in continuing education.
• Instruct students and other radiology staff in protocols and procedures.
