Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Francis Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist on a per diem basis in Evanston, IL. The role collaborates with radiologists and a multi-disciplinary team to produce high-quality CT images and support diagnostic procedures.

The CT Technologist ensures images are processed and transmitted to PACS with accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications include ARRT-CT certification, state radiology license and fluoroscopy permit, BCLS, and at least one year of acute radiology experience.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Facility:Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital

Location:Evanston, IL

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

2. Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.

Pay Transparency

Saint Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
