Job summary

Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a CT Technologist (CT Tech) to join our imaging team on a PRN basis. The role offers an hourly rate between $42.00 and $49.00 with flexible scheduling and a fast-track onboarding process.

You will perform high-quality CT imaging, prepare and position patients, administer contrast as appropriate, and collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely studies and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of acute radiology experience preferred.
• ARRT-CT Certification required.
• CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures, support diagnostic and therapeutic care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency

Holy Family Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00 to $49.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
