Job summary

Health Marketing in Concord, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and provide a supportive patient experience. You will operate CT equipment independently, capture diagnostic images, and follow ALARA principles.

Responsibilities include performing procedures per guidelines, maintaining equipment, verifying orders, and using AIDET to reduce patient anxiety. The role includes night shifts on a Sunday–Tuesday schedule with relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, PTO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 1 year radiology experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following department guidelines and ensure diagnostic image quality.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, identify issues, and support infection control.
• Obtain patient history, verify orders, and explain procedures using AIDET to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety and privacy; administer contrast and position patients accordingly.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability; repeat or correct as needed and document in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Organize workflows and support departmental operations to ensure compliance with standards.

CT Technologist applies expertise to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. They operate imaging equipment independently, capturing diagnostic images while maintaining safety protocols and ALARA principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following department guidelines, ensuring diagnostic image quality.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, identify issues, and support infection control.
• Obtain patient history, verify orders, and explain procedures using AIDET to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy; administer contrast and position patients appropriately.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability, repeat/correct as needed, and document accurate in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Organize workflows, support departmental operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• Certifications: ARRT - R (Radiography), ARRT - CT, and BLS (American Heart Association).
