Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures and deliver safe, high-quality imaging while ensuring patient comfort. The role involves operating imaging equipment, acquiring diagnostic images, and following ALARA and safety protocols on site in Talmo, GA.

Responsibilities include patient history intake, contrast administration with sterile technique, RIS/PACS image review, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS certifications by American Heart Association.

• Maintain equipment and the work environment through cleaning and infection control.
• Obtain patient history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Explain procedures, address patient questions, and provide age-appropriate care.
• Administer contrast agents using sterile technique and perform imaging accurately.
• Review and finalize images in RIS/PACS with proper documentation.
• Respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, and maintain life-support equipment.
• Organize workflows and support departmental operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
