Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality CT imaging procedures in a patient-centered environment in Georgia. The role emphasizes safety, patient comfort, and accurate documentation within RIS/PACS.

Requirements include a radiologic technology program completion, ARRT-R/ARRT-CT, and BLS certification, with at least one year of radiology experience. A full-time position with Friday–Sunday shifts and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform safe, high-quality CT imaging procedures.
• Operate CT equipment and optimize techniques to minimize exposure.
• Explain procedures to patients using AIDET and obtain clinical history.
• Administer contrast via venipuncture when indicated.
• Position patients and ensure comfort and privacy.
• Review images for quality and document results in RIS/PACS.
• Maintain equipment/workspaces per infection control standards and respond to emergencies.

Job description

The CT Technologist is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging procedures and providing a supportive patient experience. They work independently to operate imaging equipment, adjust techniques for optimal results while minimizing radiation exposure, and ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the process. Key duties include obtaining clinical history, explaining procedures using AIDET, administering contrast via venipuncture, positioning patients, reviewing images for quality, and documenting results accurately in RIS/PACS systems. They must maintain equipment and workspaces per infection control standards, respond to emergencies, and support departmental workflow and compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least one year of radiology experience. Required certifications are ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS from the American Heart Association. Skills include technical proficiency, attention to detail, patient communication, and teamwork.
