Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Modalities Team Lead in New Jersey to oversee the imaging department and lead daily operations. The role includes managing technologists, maintaining high-quality imaging standards, and promoting effective teamwork to deliver exceptional patient care.

The position requires ARRT CT certification, state licensure, BLS, and prior leadership experience. The candidate will support the Imaging Center Manager and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT(CT) and state license where applicable.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in managing team members is preferred.
• Knowledge of RIS, PACS and imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote department operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide feedback on hiring qualified technologists to the Imaging Center Manager.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance of team members.
• Coach, counsel and discipline team as appropriate.
• Communicate internal issues and developments to staff.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain adequate coverage and reduce turnover.
• Delegate tasks and develop staff through opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, RadNet policies and safety protocols.
• Respond professionally under pressure and balance team vs. individual needs.
• Assist with facility initiatives and act on behalf of the ICM when unavailable.
