RWJBarnabas Health's Jersey City Medical Center is seeking a Cat Scan Technologist Lead to oversee the CT department's daily operations, coordinate workflow, ensure imaging quality and safety, and mentor technologists. You will collaborate with radiologists and nursing leadership to maintain high standards of care.

This day shift, hourly role requires AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training, ARRT certification, NJ Radiologic Technologist license, and CT experience, plus BLS.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license (NJDEP).
• CT experience required.
• Successful completion of Orientation Programs.
• Maintains BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow in the CT department.
• Mentor CT technologists and coordinate with radiologists and nursing leadership.
• Ensure equipment compliance and perform quality control checks.
• Prepare rooms and supplies for procedures and manage patient flow.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure safety and comfort during imaging.
• Utilize Radiology Information System to document cases and orders.
• Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in imaging procedures.
